We are seeking an Office Manager to run the day to day operations!


Read blueprints and other construction documents
Plan, schedule and dispatch technicians
Prepare and distribute reports
Answer inbound telephone calls
Customer Service
Maintain filing systems and digital archives
Invoicing, collections and other accounting tasks
Perform other office tasks as needed
Occasional job site visits


Previous experience in office administration; construction industry a plus
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, QuickBooks
Proficiency with office equipment and troubleshooting
