Seeking Office Manager for busy Insurance Defense Law Firm. Candidate must have previous experience as office manager for law firm. Responsibilities include:Handle attorney billing, administrative support, calendaring, filings, preparation of trial documents, travel arrangements and expense reports.Must be a polished professional, detail oriented, ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple administrative support team members, excellent written and oral communications is required.
