We are currently seeking an office manager to oversee the day to day responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:

Must have experience in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, processing invoices and purchase orders, generating reports. Process NTO's and partial/final lien releases. Produce monthly/quarterly reports for CPA and IRS.

People skills; will be working in a manufacturing/industrial office setting, interact with a diverse group of individuals. Must be organized, have attention to detail and multitasking skills. Listening, communication, reading, writing and math skills. Organizational skills and; meet deadlines.

Functions as the Human Resource contact for staff, processes payroll and maintains employee files. Jump in and help out other members of the team when needed. Perform general administrative duties, answer phone and other duties as assigned.

•Associate's Degree
•5 years experience
•Valid Driver's License
•Notary required (company will assist)

•Bilingual and construction industry experience is a plus, but not required
